Hello! My name is Tamra Laukien, founder of Vitality Road, 

 I work with clients, like you that are interested in taking their health & wellbeing into their own hands, 

 For 25+ years I worked as an executive in Technology Sales, and later for a thriving non-profit.  

I have been successful at finding ways to manage high levels of stress both professionally and personally - including raising a family, staying fit and staying educated on the latest research around maintaining & improving health & longevity.

I supported a younger sister through cancer treatments beginning when I was 16. years old, through childhood cancer, and later adult cancer twice until she passed away in 2007.

 This personal passion for health and wellness was simply a way of life for me to consistently be researching for my friends and family... until 2 years ago.

I'd always been extremely healthy until the pandemic, when I developed sudden and significant debilitating health issues from covid, later diagnosed as "Long Covid". 

 I was frightened and felt completely powerless over my own body.  

The doctors didn't have many answers, and most of their recommendations had nothing to do with any medication I could take, but rather steps I could take to deal with the symptoms... meditation, breathing exercises, lifestyle changes!

That experience launched me into committing to a full time career of helping others, like me who are struggling with their health and they want answers!  

That is what inspired me to become a Health Coach!
